Raspberry Pi OS version for WinterHill

WH needs a legacy Buster version of the OS. The main OS download page is now using Bullseye for legacy versions.

The correct OS version for WH is here:

https://downloads.raspberrypi.org/raspi ... mhf.img.xz

GitHub and the Wiki have been updated.
