Although WH can be set to SR22000 and SR27500 and you can see the MER, the data rate is too high to see any video.
There is one low symbol rate signal at the QO-100 position: Future International from Lebanon in Arabic on 12666H SR1660.
If you have an LNB psu board fitted, the 22kHz tone can be activated to select the 10600MHz LO frequency. Configure the WH receive commander as shown. I find that the signal strength varies dramatically for no apparent reason, although I've always suspected the local phone mast for causing some odd effects.
It seems to be a variety channel. It's the first time I've seen a group of fifty year olds in woollen bobble hats singing Queen's 'We will rock you' in Arabic.
