I'm testing a lot with the Ryde again.
I wanted to know whether you can display the receive stream with UDP
on a VLC player on another computer (within the same environment)?

No Ryde cannot stream out.

See Benno's response. I would add, perhaps it could if you were to provide some software to do that. Some of the elements are already there, but it would need someone to contribute the code and support it. Ryde is intended as a set top box, not as a streaming device. If you want a device to do this, there are other options, e.g. Winterhill or Picotuner.
