Good Morning,

I have a remote control to use with the Ryde Reciever. Checked my remoter control (Samsung 32) with the Ryde. When using Check IR I can see the commands being received by the Ryde.

When I press the menu button, nothing happens.

Can anyone shed any light on this please?

Hi Ian,

Have you checked that the codes being displayed in the remote check are the same as the ones listed for Samsung 32? It is highly likely that different TV chassis use different codes for the same screen size. I had a lot of issues getting remote control to work and ended up buying a Virgin media remote, there are even different code versions of those!

Yeah checked everything through, did a rebuild of the receiver from scratch, that solved the issue.
