Locked - No Video

I'm getting a 'Locked - No Video' red screen error.
It's a new build plus the update has been run from the console menu so it now runs 202010100.
I'm waiting for the breakout & buttons PCBs to arrive, so I've configured the customisable preset to be selected on start up and then set the preset to listen on 1275MHz with 1000kS/s.
The source is fine on Minitioune with a 51dBMER.
Should I be able to make Ryde work without access to the buttons? Or have I missed a codec installation?

Hi Clive,
Do you have the HDMI connected to the correct port? It needs to be connected to the one closest to the USB C port.

Thanks for the prompt reply Tim.
I'm hoping to integrate the Ryde into GB3EY having had several disappointments with set top boxes for it.
Yes, the HDMI display is connected to the Port 0 HDMI output.
I've now tried it on the other HDMI output after a reboot and get the same effect.

BTW, it seems to work with a 5" display I bought for the Pi 1 that has an HDMI input (well at least it shows the same red screen error!). That's great because I've not been able to use this screen with the Portsdown.

Looks like I've sorted it.
The default LNB connection set in the software is 'B'
I've always used 'A' as the 'B' socket has a large nut on it to secure the tuner to the front panel...
Now to do some more tests.
Thanks for your efforts Tim; it's much appreciated.

No problem, there must have been enough signal bleed between the sockets to get a lock but not enough to get a picture. Hopefully the OSD will make some of this fault finding easier soon.

Looks like that was the case. I'll run some more weak signal tests to see how the Ryde behaves compared with Minitioune and the set top boxes. Initial results suggest a 5dB improvement.
Works well on the 800 x 400 5" HDMI screen after a reboot.
