Langstone. Minor update.

I have just released a minor update to the Langstone code. It changes the way that the Pluto IP address is defined and also very slightly modifies the way the band select bits work.
If your Langstone is working OK there is no need to update, there are no new features.
If you do update and have a Pluto with a non-standard address you may need to change the setting using the new set_pluto command from the Pi. See the wiki for more information.
Most people will not need to do this.
