Sat mode for QO100-use

I'm planning to build a set up for QO100 using the Langstone Microwave Transceiver. For communication via satellites like QO100, RX and TX should work simultaneously. Are there any restrictions known using this type of transceiver in SAT mode (e.g. perfomance)?
