Langstone update 16/08/20

A couple of new updates. With thanks to CU2ED for some of the ideas.
Updates to the GUI.
Added an S-Meter in top left hand corner. This shows a bar graph type S-meter with additional text readout of S level. Displays the peak value of the signal within the receiver filter passband. It seems to be fairly accurate at 6dB per S point. The Zero Offset can be adjusted for each band from the settings menu to compensate for pre-amp gain etc.
Added a scale to the Spectrum display.
Added SSB Rx Filter adjustment to the settings menu. The low frequency cut off can be adjusted between 0 and 1000 Hz. the High Frequency cut off can be adjusted between 1000 and 5000 Hz. These settings are saved for each band. This only affects the Rx filter. The Tx filter remains fixed at 300-3000Hz.
Updates to the GNU Radio Code.
Changed the Rx audio AGC module to a different type. This appears to work better and fixes the click at the start of strong signals. Also increases the decay time.
