Lime Mini + OBS

I wanted to know if the Lime Mini works with OBS?
You are conflating two things. OBS is video processing package and the Lime Mini is an SDR. You need something in between to make it work. That could be software like DATVExpress, Gnuradio, or a BATC Portsdown, or a Jetson-Nano.
The Adalm-Pluto is different as it has an ARM processor built in, the Lime Micro does not. Therefore the Pluto can accept a stream directly from OBS and process it to transmit DATV with no other hardware. The Lime Micro can not, but it can still be made to work with the right software.
