Open Tuner - HamTV

I'm quite keen to get a iss hamtv setup going on my side in South Africa. I still need to do some investigation into the feed, etc. But as far as I can tell Open Tuner + BATC minitiouner will decode it just fine. I'm tempted to code up some satellite tracking and doppler control into OT as well. Any thoughts ?

Hi Tom,
Yes, Longmynd has been tested on an IQ file to decode the current HamTV system.
I've done an article in the latest CQ-TV out yesterday about the challenges of receiving it! Loads more info here

If you're looking for challenges to do with Open Tuner you might want to look at the MiniTiouner data record facility - very handy when seeing how well you are tracking the ISS!
All - please post anything more general about HamTV here

Hi Tom
No need for Doppler correction for HamTV. It's not significant compared with the signal bandwidth.
