Final, final beta testing

The bugs found in the last round of testing have been fixed and we are almost ready to migrate - however it would be great if you could try to break it again before we go live!
However, all current BATC membership records have been imported as part of the beta testing but with a dummy email address so you will have to create a new user but not use your current BATC user name.
