Wiki, dead links, and unavailable products

Is there a mechanism to report dead links and unavailable products in the Wiki etc, also a way to get archived.org/wayback machine backed up content for dead links copied over (if it is available)?

For example the SyncSmurf has not been available for 8 years and is still listed and linked.
