Summer Winter Timer

As internet repeater running on solar panels, GQ has to go with the seasons...
During the summer GQ can be on from 10:00 to 22:00, at the moment using a standard domestic electronic timer.
This will have to be adjusted again in September for the winter.
Work is in progress to change to a "home brew" timer with remote override,
useful for testing, and those "Special Occasions" during lift conditions.
