Hammond Case Panel Cutting

I have housed my Minitiouner in a nice Hammond 1455N1201 metal enclosure.

I now need to get someone to cut the four requisite holes out of the panel for the LNB connections, Power and USB. I do not have the tools or, any longer, the manual dexterity to do them myself.

Can someone recommend a firm to whom I can send the panel along with the drawing to get the holes cut? There seems to be quite a choice on the internet but I would have a recommendation.

Thanks,

Hi David,

only a suggestion: Why not using a 3D printed cover as the member "Radiogareth" has offered here in the forum a few month ago.
Maybe he can print a set (front and rear) for you.

Thanks Rainer, I have emailed him although I would prefer to use the nice metal end plates which came with the box ...

I normally use https://www.schaeffer-ag.de/en/ , but it would be costly for this one off. Here is an example https://flic.kr/p/z4Aw5W

David, no email received in the last few days, I designed the end plate after I fitted the wrong OLED display to my alloy plates, rendering them u/s. I used the paper template glued on, but even though I class my making skills as 'good' it wasn't a nice job.
Hence the 3-D printed parts, with the bonus of embossed text labels and customisation (name, callsign).
Send me a PM on here by all means.

Hi Gareth,

Looks like we can't send each other emails! Never mind. Please let me know what you can do and prices and I'll send another PayPal payment!

Thanks and regards,

David
