I can stream minitioune around my home network 230.0.0.10:10000 as per the ini file. I can receive the ts stream on other pcs in VLC.
what i would like to do is access the stream via work pc.
Im on a virgin router on 300meg speed
So I know i need to port forward my WAN IP to my internal ip 192.168.0.16 port 10000 but its setting up the minitiooune ini i cant access via outside network

There are a couple of ways to do this.

What I do is this: install Anydesk on your shack windows pc, and then install the client on any remote pc, phone or tablet. Anydesk has a really fast refresh rate that makes it excellent for remote operation. An alternative is Teamviewer which is better known, but refresh rate isn't as good.

For pure UDP video outside your home network, this can be tricky. I'm a network engineer at my day job so happy to help here, but let me know first if Anydesk/Teamviewer fits the bill :)

Ah ok

Before going down the port-forward-proxy route, have you considered setting up a stream on the BATC website? It would require you to be a member:

https://wiki.batc.org.uk/Streaming_dire ... iniTiouner

If you're able to view the BATC streams from your work PC, that would be the easiest option.

Thanks

Other options would be to use Youtube Live or ustream to stream the video from your PC on the web
