Hi, I just exchanged the NIM on my board from the Eardetech to the FTS-4334LV using the BATC adapter board.
I upgraded to MiniTioune 6d using the new ini file and executable and started it up, but the software is reporting the NIM as an SP2246 and not the FTS.
Have I missed a configuration step somewhere?
Thanks

Problem with FTS-4334LV
Re: Problem with FTS-4334LV
There's no configuration needed. It should auto detect.
I think it detects the module over the I2C bus. Pins 18 and 24 on the FTS select different I2C addresses. Pin 24 is pulled up by R101, so there should be about 3v on pin 24. Pin 18 is open circuit and should read as ground.
Even numbered pins are on the under side of the pcb, with lower numbers towards the F sockets.
Be very careful when prodding around not to short any pins. You're fairly safe on the under side, as all the supplies are on the top side.

Re: Problem with FTS-4334LV
Thanks Brian, I am just submitting my application for "Idiot of the Month". There was no bias on pin24, probably because I omitted to insert R101.
I didn't have a 3.3K so I substituted a 3.9K.
Unsurprisingly all is now working.
Thank you for your help and all the work you have done on this project.

Good. I'm glad it was something simple.
