Hi Patrick
Yes it is too late. It is aligned so that it just comes through the panel when mounted in a box.Same for the USB and F-connections - hopefully. I should explain why - if you make it flush to the end of the PCB you just need a hole in the panel. That's easy and neat, however, some DC plugs can short against the panel when you plug them in and also some are not long enough to fit with the panel thickness so you need a larger hole and that looks bad.

PS - The prototype boards come from Seeedstudio in batches of 10. They cost me $35 shipped and came in a couple of weeks. That's £3 each a real bargain in my opinion, they are 100x130mm boards and I doubt I could buy the photo-resist PCB to make my own for that. Anyway, to the point. I built one, it worked fine and 5 more were distributed for testing. I know of two that have also been built and worked OK. These are the basis for the boards Noel now has on order. There are only minor changes, mostly to make it a little shorter, so these leftovers may be useful to someone who has sourced their own Serit tuner or wants to convert from the adaptor board. Let me know.

Re: New MiniTiouner hardware
Can anyone provide an eBay item number for the DC-DC converter? Lots on eBay, but not sure which one will fit the PCB tracks.
