Portsdown 5 - Latest Updates

I have just made some changes to the Portsdown 5 and started to document the capabilities on the Wiki.
The major change is that by default you should use the Raspberry Pi 7 inch Touchscreen orientated the correct way up. For the Portsdown 4 we recommended that it was used upside down as it gave a slightly better viewing angle. However, the operating system used in the Portsdown 5 does not allow the VLC video to be inverted, so the screen needs to be the correct way up.
