Pi camera not working

I'm building a Portsdown. I have conneced a Pi camera 3 to the Pi.
When I view the camera I get a green screen with some flashing vertical lines at the top.
Any ideas?

Hi
As stated on the Wiki, the Portsdown does not support the Pi Camera V3, only the V1, V2 and HQ Cameras.

I fell into the same trap, bought the latest pi camera thinking latest means better....
Spent hours taking it all apart resiting cables etc... and then as a last resort went to the wikki
It stil does not work but as I now use OBS it does not matter anyway

Sorry Dave, didn't spot that. I went to the PiHut store and they didn't have the V2 so I bought the V3.
