I want to add a test card to my Portsdown 4 SD card. I have followed the Wiki (https://wiki.batc.org.uk/Portsdown_Test_Cards) to prepare 3 images but I can't transfer them to the folder on my Pi SD card.
I am using a Win11 PC and I have loaded a program called 'DiskInternals Linux Reader'. I am able to look at the files on the SD card using this program but I can't copy/paste my image files.
Do I need a Linux PC to do this or is there a workaround for Windows, please?

I recommend the free WinSCP https://winscp.net/eng/download.php. It has a drag and drop interface, so is really easy to use.
