Portsdown 2020 Update

For those of you who use a Portsdown 2020 with BandViewer for monitoring the bands, I have just added WaterFall display capability (released a few weeks ago for Portsdown 4) to the Portsdown 2020 build.

This currently only works for LimeSDR, not RTL-SDR or Airspy, and the waterfall is a bit slower than on the Portsdown 4, with a minimum waterfall length of about 10 seconds. As with the original LimeSDR BandViewer, it only works properly on the 7 inch screen.
