Not sure if this is the exact chip required, but they are just over a fiver without retail packaging?

I have received one of these dongles from China via Aliexpress and it has been tested OK on a Portsdown. ;)

These AliExpress "Video DVR" dongles use the UTVF007 integrated circuit, not the UTV007 integrated circuit of the Fushicai dongles. So they are not fully compatible with the Portsdown, although they do work in some modes (but not with the LimeSDR). They are identical to the non-compatible dongles that are on sale in the BATC Shop https://batc.org.uk/shop/video-capture- ... portsdown/.

I will do some more testing over the next few days to determine exactly what works and what does not work with the Portsdown, as I recognise that they may provide a solution for some users.

A photo of the internals of a genuine Fushicai UTV007 dongle is below.
