Portsdown 4 - New File Menu

Hi

In an effort to make the Portsdown 4 easier to maintain/diagnose without a connected PC, I have added some "file" functions. In the latest release (202209280) there is a File Menu (accessed from menu 2) with the following functions:

• Copy File
• Paste File
• Rename File
• File Explorer (with text, image and VLC viewers)
• List USB Devices

Please let me know here if you find any bugs.
