Portsdown 4 Minor Update

I have just published a Minor Update to the Portsdown 4.
This corrects the FEC indication on the Info screen for DVB-S2 modes and enables the setting of a 5th band-select bit (on GPIO pin 16), by using the codes 16 - 32 in the GPIO port settings for the band concerned.
No need to update unless you want either of these features. Please report any new bugs here!

and the module do not switch to TX anymore... Checked with other tools without problems.
