Portsdown 4 and 2020 Update for the LimeSDR USB

I have just released an update for the Portsdown 4, and another for the Portsdown 2020, which enables them to transmit DVB-T from the LimeSDR USB. This is the same capability as already exists for the LimeSDR Mini.
The update also allows the LimeSDR USB to be used with BandView.
There is no need to update if you are not hoping to use a LimeSDR USB.
