AQY282EH appears to be a direct replacement for the TLP222AF but it's twice the price.

The photoMOS TLP222AF was chosen so the output can be used without concern about polarity like a relay contact. It can be replaced with a Darlington output opto-coupler FOD852300 as long as polarity is observed. Odd number terminals will be the collectors (DIP pin 4), even terminals are the emitters (DIP pin 3).

There are likely many other alternatives.

Regarding the Toshiba opto-isolator TLP222AF, the Toshiba webite advises the alternative TLP240AF and I quote, "Package and characteristics are almost same"
RS Components list the TLP240AF as their part number RS 896-2527.
