Hi,
I use one of these as a driver - they can deliver about +30 dBm at 2.4 GHz.
However, I was using the "enable" pin on the PCB to switch the whole thing on and off.
I noticed that the amplifier output rose by about +1.6dB over a minute of operation and investigated why.
Anyhow, the enable pin simply enables an on board voltage regulator for the bias and RF power/temperature levelling circuits. This needs time to settle.
DON'T use the enable pin is my advice.

One qestion, sir: how enable the Pin? manually?

Hi Jabi,
Just take the enable pin to > +3V. An RT9193 is used on mine ("Novate" boards).
Wire it permanently to the +5V. That is OK.
Please do not switch it with Portsdown (unless you like the gain to vary over two minutes - like an old Valve heating up).
