You can use the Portsdown band viewer - https://wiki.batc.org.uk/Portsdown_Band_Viewer but if you are using that to send as well then you need to know if you have a clear channel when you transmit and as YOU ABSOLUTELY MUST MONITOR YOUR DOWNLINK at the same time as sending, so I suggest using the BATC site on a mobile phone.

Thank you Mike,
this is what I do at this time, maybe a future evolution in TODO list, an integrated bandscope that will adjust the portsdown channel by simple click :)

Bonjour Franck,

This may be a solution, not sure of the bandwidth that can be viewed but as long as you can monitor your chosen spot frequency it should would.

Hi John,
Sorry to be late, tnx for reply. I don' t sure it is good solution.
I thought rather at this script integrate in RX DATV ports down:
https://wiki.batc.org.uk/QO100_Live_Tune.
I don't know if is it possible ?

Franck

Are you asking about a station with internet access, or a station without internet access?

Live Tune needs internet access.

Hi Dave,
My portsdown is connected to internet.
It was just an ideas , to integrate a system similar to LiveTune, to have a compact DATV station without need a PC to see the QO100 spectrum.
Imagine you adding this, you clic on station with the tactile screen, and directly portsdowns adjust automatically. (for RX station, and free QRG for Txing).
All the best

Hi Franck

An interesting idea, but very complex to integrate.

I will think about a BandViewer style display to show the spectrum from the Goonhilly web monitor. It is not that easy because the Portsdown does not have a "Desktop Environment". Everything has to be built pixel by pixel.

Happy day.
