Minor Portsdown 4 Update

I have just released a minor Portsdown 4 update (202107100).
This Portsdown update adds the ability to independently set the Pluto IP address used by the Portsdown and the Langstone. There are different buttons for setting each address. This change (and much more) is explained in the new Wiki Page here: https://wiki.batc.org.uk/Portsdown_4_La ... ntegration
The update also makes it easier to enter the Lime Gain from the ssh console menu (thanks to G4BAO for spotting this bug), and allows streaming from the EasyCap input to the BATC Streamer in 16:9 format. There is also some additional error prevention and detection in the touchscreen configuration menus. These fixes will also be applied to the Portsdown 2020 in due course.
