Hi Dave
Portsdown 4 and lime mini now working on 145.70 DVBT into my transverter.
The 2020 with the Lime mini will not transmit DVBT on 145.70 but it will transmit DVBS on that frequency and dvbt on 145.85.
Graham and I tried a test this afternoon on 51.7 but no success but the aerial this end was a vertical and the G3VZV end was horizontal.
I must build a 6m dipole for horizontal signals.

I have found the bug that was preventing Pluto DVB-T transmissions below 145.85, and have cured it for the Portsdown 4 in release 202107050 which is available for new builds and updates. I will migrate the fix to Portsdown 2020 very soon.

The problem was nothing to do with the Pluto, it was one of my scripts doing a calculation (to derive the TX freq in 10s of Hz) and unexpectedly outputting the answer in scientific mode (1.457 e07) rather than integer mode (14570000). For some strange reason, it did not do this above 146.5 MHz.

All Plutos being used with the Portsdown should be loaded with v0.31-4-g9ceb-dirty firmware, so none of the restrictions introduced by Analog Devices' more recent firmwares (0.32 or 0.33) should have any effect. You do still have to expand the frequency range to AD9364 status.

And Portsdown 2020 is now updated with the bug fix. Available for update or new builds.
