Portsdown 4 and PlutoSDR question

I am on with my Portsdown 4 build. I want to TX via a PlutoSDR, can I have the Pluto and the pre-amp and PA remote at the dish, with a USB to ethernet converter and have the ethernet cable from the Pluto to the shack, like I am trying on SSB narrow band and SDR Console?
