What is it doing? Assume you have plugged it in to the PC? What does Device ?Manager say about it?

It might be in DFU mode, in which case you may need to use a DFU utility to reprogram it. https://wiki.analog.com/university/tool ... s/firmware scroll down about half way.

OK got it updated and working again after much head scratching
DVB-T works great but no DVB-S2 just like before!
