I have built my portsdown 4 in to a smart pi case.
When first installed the 7 inch screen was inverted.
Not a problem as you can invert this from menu 43
The pi cam has been secured in place and views correctly.

Now I am rearranging the shack and thought as 7 inch display can be inverted I would hang the Portsdown under a shelf.

I am guessing though that there is no way of inverting the picam so this is not an option without performing surgery and physicly inverting the picam?

Although it is probably possible to invert the camera image in the software, it would need changes in numerous places and then recompilation. All the changes would then need to be repeated any time that you updated.

Far easier the invert the camera mechanically.

Easier way is to leave it alone Hi Hi
Camera is well glued in place Hi Hi.
