how do i invert waveshare3.5A

ive just built a 2nd portsdown on a pi3B
using a waveshare3.5a but the case i have for it makes the screen upside down
how do i swap it over

Hi
It is not easily possible to invert the Waveshare 3.5 inch display. I think that it would require multiple changes in the code, because even if I changed the touch menus and the button sensing, the camera displays, test cards and update progress screens would also need changing.
The 7 inch display has the ability to swap built into the driver; the Waveshare does not.

Its a while ago now but I seem to recall that different versions (all cheapies from eBay) screens did indeed invert to image in relation to the ribbon cable socket. Unfortunately I have no real part number that I know will work. But I did design a 3-D printed Bezel that disguises each side (it could mount either way up) so if you have room for that, it may help.
