Hello,
I am updating my well out of date Portsdown (Pi 3+ with Stretch) to Portsdown 2020 with Buster.
I have built a new SD card, and now have to update the Lime Mini. It is currently Hardware V1.2, Firmware V6, Gateware V1.29.
I now have to update to FW 1.30 and then to update to DVB FW.
Thing is my internet connection has been very poor over the last few days.
Is it possible to corrupt the Lime Mini if there are any glitches during the update ?
I did notice a large number of warnings during the last stage (./install.sh) of building the Buster SD card, but it does seem to be working - at least it works the screen OK.
Regards,
Nick.

Re: Updating Portsdown to 2020 Version - Lime Mini Query
Hi Nick
The files for the the update are downloaded during the initial install, so they will either be there (in which case it will update the Lime FW), or not there (in which case the update should not do anything).
Even if something goes wrong, it is generally possible to recover a corrupted Lime.
So, I would recommend trying it.

Hi Dave,
Update done and it seems to work Ok.
Can you let me know if the failed tests shown above are the ones to be expected ?
