I have found a number of related anomalies that have contributed to this problem.

There are 2 work-arounds to overcome the bug in the current version.

• First, select RX (it doesn't matter if you don't have a MiniTiouner Connected, just touch the screen) and then exit back to Menu 1.
• If the Streamer does not work after this, make sure that you have the correct Audio output (RPi Jack?) selected on Menu 3.

This bug will have affected the Stream Receiver and the IPTS Monitor. I have cured it in the next release (202007010) which is currently being beta-tested before general release.
