I've got one of these power amplifiers sitting around and I want to use it between my LimeSDR and my Chinese 8W (!) 2.4GHz WiFi Wireless Broadband Amplifier.

The spec for the Analog Devices board is -2dBm in for 19dBm out. I think that that should be enough to drive the power amp for QO-100 WB Tx.

What value should I select for LimeSDR drive in the Portsdown software to achieve an adequate drive level?

Too many variables. I would start low, say 60 and work your way up. The steps are not precise nor are they linear.

As Mike says there are many variables here. The first being the maximum output level at which the AD Device which does not distort DVB-S2 too much.

As for the Lime SDR on portsdown, this Wiki page provides some guidance: https://wiki.batc.org.uk/LimeSDR_Mini_O ... wer_Levels. You can apply the deltas measured at 437 MHz to the (lower) 2400 MHz output.
