Portsdown 2019 and Pluto?

Post by M5TXJ » Sat Mar 30, 2019 11:19 pm

Just me thinking aloud but I'm guessing the prospect of using a Pluto with Portsdown has evaporated with the adoption of the Lime mini?

...are you sure I can't use a pair of 813's?...

Hi Dave

If someone were to help me with some code to drive the Pluto with DATV from a Linux environment, I would incorporate it into the Portsdown as soon as I could (within weeks).

However, while supporting the LimeSDR, DATV Express and Portsdown Filiter-modulator board, I do not currently have the time to start from scratch with the Pluto.

Hi Dave, I'd love to help with code but i think you'd get more success with one of my springers. Seriously though, the Pluto isn't eating much so it can sit and wait just in case.
