CVBS, components, HDMI or SDI video input

Is there a way to input high quality SD video into the Portsdown 2019 as I'd really like to use my broadcast Sony BVP-E10P cams?

I've read Dave's topic "HDMI Video Input to the Portsdown" which was seamingly a low quality solution, and anyway former to P 2019 announcement.
