Quick check and no problem decoding the TS.
Video bitrate +/- 110 kbps

OK

I think that the available bitrate is just too low at 125KS FEC 1/4

Thanks for that great software :D , is there an updated documentation ? some commands are not obvious, ie CAPTION ON/OFF has no effect here !

Hi Gil

Unfortunately, There is no dedicated documentation writer on the project, so sometimes it is not up-to-date. However, if you search the BATC Wiki for "Caption" you will find a few references saying that the caption is not available in H264 modes. It is only available in MPEG-2 modes.
