Nice case with plenty of room, my case is a little cramped but I don't think I need to fit anything else now so all is good.

How do you get it to tx on 13cm? I can via the sig gen, but not (so far) by other means?

Er, not yet, have not tried, I know that Dave sent me link for filter o/ps and it showed it working at 13cms unofficially. I will go and try it shortly, 23 cms is fine. Just ordered bits for new LO filter board and parts R24A,B,C and D for my V1A board.
