There appears to be a small error in the parts list regarding C07. The Digikey part number (399-1249-1-ND is for a 1206 size chip, not a 0805 size. The Farnell part number is correct, i.e. a 0805 size chip.
I only noticed this when I came to install the chip as it would not fit on the pads. You can still use the chip by soldering the earth side to the through holes above the earth pad.
The two attached photos show the board before the chip is installed and the board with the chip installed with a 0805 chip next to it for size comparison.
Perhaps the Digikey part number 399-6928-1-ND would be suitable.

I have corrected the parts list here https://wiki.batc.org.uk/File:LO_Filter_Partsv2.xls. The incorrect size is the same as is used on the Filter-modulator board where the pads are laid out for 1206 components - this probably led to the error.
