How easy is Easycap?

Post by G4uvz » Thu Dec 14, 2017 10:40 pm

Just got my Easycap from the BATC shop...I see that it has an installation disk
Do I need to use the disk or just plug in the Easycap and feed in a video signal?

Very easy! The first sentence of the Wiki page says it all. https://wiki.batc.tv/Fushicai_USBTV007

Hi Adrian

You're doing it right. The video from the EasyCap is only transmitted, not displayed. Not enough processor power to do both.

If you are not transmitting, you can see what is coming in to the EasyCap by using the Video View facility on Menu 3. You can also take still snapshots of it (but not while you are viewing it - yet).
