Using the Portsdown in the Contest Next Weekend

Please try to put your Portsdown on the air for the International ATV Contest next weekend. Remember that there are special certificates for Portsdown users, one for best overall DX, and one for best 2-way.

Before you go out, log on to the Console Menu, go into the System 2 Advanced System Setup, and select Option 6, Contest Numbers to set the numbers for each Band. YOU NEED TO DO THIS as the default numbers are illegal for use in the Contest!

Once you are back on the touchscreen Menu, you can transmit the numbers by selecting "Contest" on the second menu screen. You may need to update your software - this facility is only available in the latest version.
