Shutdown Button Requires Software Update

As demonstrated by Colin G4KLB on the GB3SQ net last night, recent updates to the Portsdown software have disabled the hardware shutdown button.

Any SD Cards built, or software updates run, since 12 April 2017 will have induced this problem which was due to an updated Shutdown script (which I had requested - so self-inflicted!).

The latest software update 201705200, issued today, corrects this problem and will hopefully make the shutdown script less trigger-happy so that it won't be triggered by me unplugging my soldering iron!
