Hi Dave, Fred WB6ASU and I are working towards getting a Portsdown TX working here in the US and have questions concerning symbol rates and PIDS. We are in the process of getting parts together and waiting for the blank modulator boards to arrive. Our ATV repeater here in northern California, uses a symbol rate of 2.22 and the PIDS are the ones used for the DATV-Express boards. Are these choices available in the Portsdown software?

Hi Bob

From the Console menu, you can set any symbol rate (within reason). You can also set the Video PID, but I'm not too confident about how the PIDs work at the moment. They're not in my part of the software, but are on my list to look at.

It's just the touchscreen that uses unchangeable presets. I have started work on making them configurable as well, but it will be a few weeks before I get it completed.

If you have a particularl problem after trying these settings, please let me know.
