Portsdown 4 Lime / SDR Mini problem

Can anyone help with my Lime SDR Mini?
I'm in the process of building a new Portsdown4 with a Lime SDR Mini but I can't get it to operate correctly.

It doesn't transmit any DVBS modes (just get a green/red blinking LED), but will transmit in DVB-T mode with a flashing green LED (although I haven't tried to decode it) and carrier mode. However, when in carrier mode, it transmits multiple carriers of varying amplitude over about 400KHz bandwidth.

I'm using testcard as the source and Lime firmware V6, Gateway V1.30 and it is a Mini hardware version V1.2 - menu selected Output to Lime Mini.

Lime report reports all tests passed
