LinkPi ENC1-V1 Encoder and Porstdown 4

Testing a Portsdown 4 based QO-100 DATV portable station, I looked for a simple solution to add H265 encoding! I remembered that I had a LinkPi ENC1-V1... After updating the firmware to the latest version 2.50 build 20230831, I was able to test its integration with Portsdown 4.

Lightweight version for portable:
- webcam connected to the usb port of the LinkPi
- portsdown 4 configured with a static IP and using IPTS in Encoder
- straight ethernet cable connecting PD4 to the LinkPi

Version used with a laptop:
- laptop HDMI connected to the HDMI port of the LinkPi
- portsdown 4 configured with a static IP and using IPTS in Encoder
- straight ethernet cable connecting PD4 to the LinkPi
