Bugfix for Partial Menu Backgrounds on Portsdown 4

Recent changes in 3rd-party software that is used in the Portsdown 4 have caused some Menu backgrounds to be incorrectly drawn. Everything seemed to work, but it looked a bit odd.

So, I have just published Portsdown 4 update 202010260. If your Portsdown 4 is working OK, there is no need to update - it only seemed to be a problem with new builds.

This only affects the Portsdown 4 on a Raspberry Pi 4, not Portsdown 2020 on a Raspberry Pi 3.
