Portsdown 2020 Update with LongMynd Improvements

I have just released an update (202010180) for the Portsdown 2020 (on the Raspberry Pi 3) which includes the latest, most reliable, version of the LongMynd receive software.

This is update brings the Portsdown 2020 receive software up to the same standard as the Portsdown 4.
